You are what you wear
- In Albion Online your abilities and make and built into the items you use/wear.
- Certain types of habilities can only be used in certain type of items.
- So what you wear doesnt just define your look, it also defines who you are.
- There are thousands of possible combinations.
No levels and no maxed out weapons
- A game with no levels means that you dont have to spend your time killing mobs for experience and waste your time.
- It also ends the neverending spiral of items, where everybody has access to the best items until new ones are added.
- Theres 6 quality levels of resources called tiers.
- Those resources are used to create every item.
- The higher the quality level, higher the rarity of the resource.
- With rare resources you can build more valuable and powerful items.
- Rare items are RARE.
Balanced item growth
Somone who can find a rare armor is, obviously, a mighty and powerful warrior . But hes not so powerful that players with lower tier weapons cant harm him. So players with lower tier weapons/equipment are still a threat to player with higher tier weapons/equipment.
Everybody matters
- Different from every other game there isnt a spot(s) where all the good stuff is… In Albion Online rare resources can spawn anywhere!
- Even small guilds have a significant role
- We make sure that all the important resources spawn everywhere in the map for that reason
- And Albion Online is certainly too big to be conquered by just a few guilds…
